What is the 2B Wired Club?
Congratulations! You are now enrolled in a special club reserved just for you. Each time you visit, you will have the chance to earn up to 4 contest entries. You can also earn contest entries when your friends come for their first visit and bring your "Refer a Friend" card. 

You can earn 1 contest entry for each of the following:
    1. Wear your 2B Wired Club t-shirt when you visit our office
    2. Arrive on time for your visit
    3. Brush and floss your teeth and gums well
    4. Visit your regular dentist every 6 months
    5. Share your "Refer a Friend" cards; when your friend presents one of your cards during their first visit, they can enter it for you!

Every 3 months, we will draw 2 - 2B Wired Club winners! Each winner will receive a $25 gift card and have their picture taken! We will post the photos on our Facebook page, our website and possibly on our office slide show (with parental consent, of course). We hope you have fun with the club!
