Updated 3-Step Sign-In Process as of 7/20/2020:
NOTICE: ALL non-patients must wear a mask to enter the clinical treatment areas, to protect our patients who cannot wear a mask while we are working in their mouth. Our assistants can come to the reception area afterwards to discuss today’s visit. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
1. The patient will enter the lobby and use one of the touch screens to sign in for their appointment. The screens will be frequently sanitized by a team member and hand sanitizer is available for the patient’s use. We will provide a consent form that must be signed and returned for your appointment.
2. We will ask the patient to stand on the red marker facing the reception desk to have their temperature scanned. The thermal scanner will approve those patients registering a normal temperature.
3. Relax while we prepare for your visit. You may wait in our lobby, as long as there is a chair available, the front porch or your vehicle. If you wait in your vehicle, please make sure we have a number to text/call you. When your chair is ready, your assistant will walk you to the clinic and you can give her your consent form.
