Spillers Orthodontics is proud to announce the recipients of the 2017 Spillers Orthodontics Scholarship. High school seniors Hannah Kipper and Kellie White, both former patients, were selected from 170 applicants. Each will receive $1,000 to be applied toward tuition, books, fees, or any other related expenses for their first year of college.

“We are so proud of Hannah and Kellie,” says Dr. Don Spillers. “It is a privilege and an honor to be able to give back to our orthodontic families and to reward those students with a drive and desire to make a positive difference in our community and the world.”

Selected by an impartial board, Kipper and White were chosen based on their achievement, leadership and service throughout their high school years. They also received excellent references.

Kipper, a resident of Warner Robins and graduate of Houston County High School, will attend Georgia Southern University in Statesboro. A  Macon resident and Mount de Sales graduate, White will attend the University of Georgia in Athens.

This is the fourth year Spillers Orthodontics has offered scholarships to high school graduates who are either current or former patients. Applications for the 2018 scholarship are due March 15, 2018. Application
